A 100% refund. You have a chance to get all your money in one of the following situations:
- A payment mistake. We mean identical orders, a double payment and so on. If such a mistake has been made, you must inform us immediately. The only condition is that the writer must not be assigned;
- There is no available writer. In such a case our managers will always contact you, and the refund will be initiated from our side;
- Missed deadline. You do not require a paper, because of the missed deadlines, and the text material was not delivered to your email. If it happens you will not get the paper. Besides, you will have no rights to use materials sent earlier on the order you have made.
A 70% refund. This type of refund is available if:
- More than half of the specified time has remained and the writer has been assigned. You should understand that we have to compensate the money for the author, as he or she has started the process of creating your paper.
A 50% refund. Half of the amount paid will be refunded if:
- The order has been given to writer, and less than 50% of the time has left until the deadline;
- We provide revision of the assignment as there is no available writer.
Providing that the refund procedure is initiated, you will not grant you property or intellectual property rights on the text documents delivered to you earlier. In this case any granted property rights or intellectual property rights are canceled. If you order a revision of your text material, it means that the order is approved in general. It will be impossible to refund all money for revision of the text.
